High Tech Podcast: Can we turn our house into one large solar cell?

Melting ice masses on the edges of Antarctica, forest fires, heat waves and hurricanes. The climate is changing and the temperature on earth is rising. Greenhouse gases must be reduced, so innovative, sustainable solutions must be found. For example in the form of solar energy.

Yet with solar energy we still often think of the standard panels on the roof. But what if we could turn our house into one large solar cell? Or from an asphalt road? Or a piece of clothing that you wear.
